Senior Game Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop highly attractive and addictive games and apps for mobile devices using the freemium model

Skills

• Multiple games published for mobile devices like Android, iOS, Blackberry or JavaME
• Very good software engeneering skills
• Profound knowledge of Java and C/C++
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and in the team

As a plus

• Deep mathematical understanding

• Very good English skills

Game Designer (Internship)

Responsibilities

• Create highly attractive, immersive and addictive games for mobile devices using the freemium model
• Work closely with the artists and developers assigned to the project

Skills

• Good knowledge of game design (gameplay, learning curve, production, management difficulties, adjustment of the pace, reward, accessibility …)
• Able to convey ideas concisely and make a detailed analysis, and formulate concepts and complex ideas clearly
• Intensive experience in playing mobile games, especially free-to-play
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and in the team

As a plus

• Ability to draw sketches and to digitally create images
• Knowledge of programming languages​​

Senior Backend Developer PHP

Responsibilities

• You’ll be working daily in PHP and Javascript
• You’ll design and implement code that extends SOFTGAMES innovative mobile web-gaming platform, services and UI components
• You’ll help game developers to integrate SOFTGAMES‘s services and APIs

Skills

• minimum 3 years experience in programming
• well-versed in OO design and patterns and able to write code with web application performance in mind
• experience developing RESTful web server applications and working with and integrating 3rd-party APIs
• knowledge of creating optimal databases structure and queries
• knowledge of SVN or any other version control tool

As a plus

• Designing and developing dynamic, large, and scalable high-traffic web applications
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and applying them to your work
• Excellent knowledge of PHP
• Experience with high-volume, high-availability web applications
• Some experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery)
• Understanding of browsers, HTTP protocol, and cross-browser compatibility

Backend Developer PHP (Internship / Trainee)

Responsibilities
